The LRI Recovery Program  has offered long-term aftercare support. This proven approach pairs each resident with a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist. This recovery coach guides both the resident and their family through the challenges of early recovery.

The Limitless Recovery Inc. Program is a holistic approach to aftercare. Our Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialists are assigned to an individual for 12 months. During this time, we provide recovery coaching, case management, monitoring, family engagement, and accountability for both the client and their family. The Limitless Recovery Inc. coach is a guide to assist the client during the often treacherous first year of sobriety. Limitless Recovery Inc. coaches are trained to understand relapse behaviors long before physical substance use takes place. Through family engagement and recovery coaching, Limitless Recovery Inc. can help identify when relapse behaviors are present and intervene before a physical relapse happens. Limitless Recovery Inc. also provides a vital role of helping a family to rebuild trust with their loved one.

Limitless Recovery Inc.I: “Introduction” – During Discharge Planning from treatment center

• Review continuing care plan prior to discharge from treatment center

• Assist in identifying local support resources

• Secure appointments with community resources

• Review LRI program guidelines and expectations

Limitless Recovery Inc.II: “Transition” – Months 1 through 3

• Provide introduction to sober living

• Prioritize immediate needs (issues/events/relationships)

• Identify specific recovery network

• Assist with family/support system integration issues

 

Limitless Recovery Inc. III – “Stabilization” – Months 4 through 6

• Formal review of client progress to date

• Ongoing relapse prevention monitoring through accountability

Limitless Recovery Inc. IV – “Acclimation” – Months 7 through 12

• Review personal development plan, modify if necessary

• Prioritize and set attainable and measurable goals

• Address any unresolved medical, legal or other issues

• Provide budgeting assistance and/or credit counseling referral
